,President Muhammadu Buhari left the United States of America for the United Kingdom.
This was disclosed by the president’s Personal Assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmad, on his Twitter account (@BashirAhmaad).
He tweeted
“After successful outings at the 72nd Session of the UNGA, President MBuhari leaves New York today for London, on his way back to Nigeria.
“It is believed that President Buhari’s stop in London is a scheduled medical appointment with his doctors.
Controversy had trailed his last visit to the UK capital after he spent 103 days on medical vacation treating an undisclosed illness.
